This Privacy Policy explains how Neon Breaker collects, uses, stores, and deletes user data when you use the app. By using Neon Breaker, you agree to this policy.

Depending on the features you use, Neon Breaker may collect and store the following information:

Account information: email address and username used to create or sign in to your account.
Gameplay data: level progress, scores, stars earned, and other in-game progress needed to save your game and support leaderboard features.
Basic technical information: device and app information required for authentication, security, and service reliability.

2. How We Use Data

We use collected data only to operate and improve Neon Breaker, including to:

create and manage player accounts,
save and sync gameplay progress across sessions or devices,
show leaderboard or profile-related game features,
maintain security and prevent misuse,
respond to support and deletion requests.

3. Third-Party Services

Neon Breaker uses third-party infrastructure providers to operate core app features.

Google Firebase Authentication: used for account sign-in and identity management.
Google Firebase Firestore: used to store account-related gameplay data such as progress and scores.

These service providers process data on our behalf to deliver app functionality.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with service providers when needed to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, protect users, or enforce our rights.

5. Data Retention

We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account remains active or as long as needed to provide the app's services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data without opening the app by emailing recep@recepakar.com.tr.

Include the email address associated with your Neon Breaker account so we can verify and process your request safely.

After verification, deletion requests are processed within 7 business days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

Neon Breaker is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review and delete the data when appropriate.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
