Delete your Baby Atlas Care account and data

You can delete the account, family membership, baby profiles and parent-entered care records created in Baby Atlas Care from inside the app.

Delete in the app

Open Profile and family > Privacy and data > Delete all data in the app. Read the irreversible deletion warning and confirm only if you want the process to start.

Data deleted

Account details, family membership, invite relationships, baby profiles, care records, growth measurements, reminders, appointments, vaccine/medicine records, temperature records, notes and development observations are deleted.

Limited records that may be retained

Limited technical records may be retained as required for legal obligations, security review, abuse prevention or technical issue investigation. These records are not used to reconstruct your parent-entered care records.

Request deletion by support

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address used for your account to recep@recepakar.com.tr. Additional information may be requested to verify ownership of the request.
